Your reservation is very important to me. I hold it especially for you!! Although I understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, I do require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. You will be charged 50% of service if you no call no show or cancel less than 24 hours before appointment! This policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of the unexpected availability and helps me accommodate everyone.
